New Jersey:
New General Air Quality Permit Guide and Permit for “Portable Equipment”: DEP has released a guide to assist in the completion of an on-line general permit application. In addition, they have issued a new general permit for Portable Equipment.
NJPDES Proposed Amendment: Amendment sets water quality standards for the use of reclaimed water and is requires a feasibility study to determine if water can be reclaimed and reused.
Pennsylvania:
