For five years Mr. Dimler managed the industrial hygiene and workers' compensation programs for a 2600 employee manufacturing facility for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Prior to that, he worked as an Industrial Hygienist and a Safety Technician for other manufacturing facilities. He earned a B.S. in Occupational Safety & Hygiene Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Dimler now provides environmental, safety and health consulting services to industry. As an Associate to EES, he is currently providing long-term safety consulting to an electronics manufacturing facility.

Mr. Schmidt began his professional career in General Electric’s Manufacturing Management Program after graduating from Syracuse University with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Since 1988, as an environmental consultant, Mr. Schmidt’s primary focus has been working with companies to solve environmental and worker safety issues through increased attention to production management and process improvements. His projects have included multi-media environmental compliance programs, air quality, plant modernization, hazardous materials management, pollution prevention, and site remediation projects both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Silverstein worked in government, research and private industry over a 25-year professional career. Working for the USDOL – OSHA as the Regional Industrial Hygienist he provided support technical support to over 250 professionals. As a research associate for the Department of Labor, he conducted research into the health and safety hazards of new technologies, was the site hygienist for a 3,500-employee research site and provided emergency response support for the nuclear industry. In private industry he held several positions such as Senior Industrial Hygienist for FMC Corporation and Health and Safety Manager for ARCO Chemical Company.
Projects have included the development of health and safety management systems, OSHA compliance programs, database management programs, international MSDS programs, health risk assessment and indoor and environmental air quality investigation. Mr. Silverstein has a Master of Science degree in occupational and environmental health sciences and is certified in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene.

Brad Verrico is President of Verrico Associates, LLC. He manages the Responsible Care® 14001 and RCMS programs for the company. He has been with the company for over 6 years. Brad administered the 108 MSVs conducted by Verrico Associates. In this capacity, he has met with a number of companies, interviewing over 8,000 employees from CEOs to plant operations staff. Working for the only approved RC14001 training company, Brad has trained over 170 people in the RC14001 certification process, including registrar auditors, accreditation auditors, trade association staff, and industry professionals. Using the expertise of industry professionals and experience gained from MSV auditing, Brad personally developed much of the RC14001 and RCMS Technical Specifications and guidance documents.
Brad is a Certified Professional Environmental, Health, and Safety Auditor (CPEA) from the Board of Environmental, Health, and Safety Auditing Certification (BEAC).
Before coming to Verrico Associates, Brad worked for MBNA America for 8 years. There, he was Vice President in charge of Business Process Improvement, and assisted in the startup of MBNA’s Baltimore, Atlanta, and Boca Raton offices, where he helped establish sales, marketing, customer service, financial accounting, and telemarketing functions. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Mr. Peter S. Puglionesi, P.E., has provided solution-focused risk and environmental management services for 24 years across the country and internationally. He is a recognized expert in emergency, process safety and catastrophic risk management and has authored numerous books, guidance documents, articles, and other publications for government agencies and professional associations.
Mr. Puglionesi has helped many organizations and facilities develop, implement and improve Risk Management Programs including several large organizations of up to 22 facilities and 6,000 employees. Mr. Puglionesi has developed numerous risk management programs, prepared operating and maintenance procedures and audited existing programs. He has performed multi-hazard vulnerability assessments and developed numerous individual-hazard (e.g., SPCC, RCRA, chlorine) and multi-hazard emergency response plans.
Mr. Puglionesi has helped many organizations and facilities develop, improve and implement Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management programs and procedures, including a multi-year effort for a 6,000 employee organization. He has developed and delivered EHS training programs ranging from water/wastewater operations to Hazcom to Emergency Planning and Response to safe work practices to waste management
